Dogland is a homegrown adventure built from grit, imagination, and a whole lot of hustle.

Founder Alex Phillips didn't take outside investment, not because it wouldn't help, but because she refused to answer to anyone but the Doglanders themselves. No compromises, no outside voices. Just joy.

That means we're building Dogland Austin the hard way. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

We're looking for dreamers who do, builders who tinker, organizers who hustle. If you're a doer who loves creating, we'd love your help crafting this experience by hand.

Most of what we need is simple, repetitive work, cutting, gluing, unboxing, and all skill levels are genuinely welcome.

Do you run a dog Facebook group, own a dog business, or just know everyone at the dog park? Even if you're simply comfortable chatting with dog people, we'd love your help, and would love to compensate you for your hustle.

Be part of the story from day one. Join us for a four-hour block on either Saturday, September 26th or Sunday, September 27th for the inaugural Dogland Austin, and help bring the whole thing to life in real time.
